Steve Stadlmann has joined Teledyne LABS as a sales representative for the West region. He will represent Teledyne LABS' CETAC, Leeman Labs and Tekmar brand products and services in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
Steve previously worked with a laboratory instrument supplier and has vast experience in GC/MS, LC/MS/MS. ICP, continuous flow analyzers, liquid handling instrumentation, and more. Earlier he was an analytical chemist, lab supervisor, instrument operator, applications chemist, and field service engineer, giving him great insight into customer needs.
“We are so excited to have Steve join our team," said Missy Gibson-Gruver, Teledyne LABS Manager for the Americas for Automation, Elemental, and GC Sample Prep, with responsibilities for the CETAC, Leeman Labs, and Tekmar brands. “He has built trusted relationships throughout the past eight years, ranging across the chemical, academia, pharmaceutical, environmental, government, municipalities, agricultural, food and beverage, and semiconductor markets. He already knows many of our current and potential customers."
Steve lives in Oregon and will travel extensively to share his expertise and support with customers throughout the West. “I'm very excited to join Teledyne LABS and support my customers, both old and new," Steve said. “I know the Teledyne LABS product lines well from my extensive laboratory experience. Based on that background and expertise, I am confident I can provide the best solutions for our customers."
When not working, Steve likes to spend time with his daughter, 15-year-old Emma. “We share a new hobby, freshwater aquariums," he said. “It's been fun to teach her about water chemistry to keep the fish and fully aquatic frogs thriving." Steve also enjoys the outdoors and all the nature Oregon has to offer. “I can enjoy the snowy mountains in the morning and the beach in the afternoon," he said.
